Bodywork for Real Bodies…
Movement-based bodywork rooted in assisted stretch therapy, nervous system awareness, biomechanics, and real-time observation of how each body responds
My approach is rooted primarily in assisted stretch therapy and movement-based support, while drawing from biomechanics, nervous system awareness, mobility work, breath, and hands-on observation to create sessions responsive to the individual in front of me.
Rather than applying the same techniques to every body, I approach each session as a conversation in real time - observing how someone moves, braces, compensates, breathes, stabilizes, fatigues, recovers, and responds throughout the entire process.
This work is designed to support mobility, movement quality, recovery, body awareness, adaptability, and sustainable performance across a wide range of bodies and lifestyles. Sessions may support everyone from runners, lifters, climbers, rafters, skiers, cyclists, yoga practitioners, golfers, desk workers, bodyworkers, manual laborers, and chronic overthinkers trying to reconnect with their bodies in a more sustainable way.
Much of my work has been shaped through years of observing how stress, injury history, workload, hypermobility, burnout, instability, repetitive movement patterns, and nervous system overload influence the way people experience movement inside and outside of athletic spaces.
The goal is not simply temporary relief or forcing the body into more range.
It’s creating more awareness, more movement options, and more support for the demands real life places on the body over time.
In-person sessions are offered in Missoula, MT through 406 Stretch.
